§ 01 / The arrangement
The agent proposes.
She decides.
One sentence. Her verdicts.
Type the agent you want. It runs on the last seven days of live prices, and Ravena reviews every trade it would have made. Nothing is deployed, nothing touches a wallet.
Reading the season…
See the season →Five checks. one verdict.
Ravena is the second AI on every RAVENA agent. Your agent picks the trade; Ravena checks it against five rules before anything is sent. She signs it or refuses it, and her reason is written into the receipt.

Stocks that never close.
Stock Tokens trade around the clock, weekends included. A spot agent can hold them while Wall Street sleeps, and Ravena still signs every move.
| Token | On chain | Hyperliquid | Gap | 24h volume |

On-chain prices from GeckoTerminal, Hyperliquid xyz marks for reference. Spot agents paper-trade on the Hyperliquid tape until on-chain execution ships.
Her token. Paired with ETH.
$RAVENA launches paired with ETH from the first block. It does three jobs inside the product and pays no yield.
Holder league
A season table only holders enter, paid in Stock Tokens from a separate prize wallet.
Bigger brains
Frontier and balanced models for your agents. Everyone else runs on the fast one.
More of her time
Up to 100 of Ravena's model replies a day in the chat, against 5 without the pass.
The fine print, in plain words.
01Who is Ravena?
The second AI on every agent. Your agent's model proposes a trade; Ravena checks it against five rules (drawdown, churn, volatility, regime break, weak signal) and either signs it or refuses it. She never picks trades. She only stops bad ones, and writes down why.
02Can her verdict be overruled?
Not by the agent. A refused trade is never sent; the open position stays on. You choose how strict she is when you set the agent up (standard, strict or off), and turning her off is written into every receipt the agent makes afterwards.
03Is she an AI, or rules?
The verdict is rules: deterministic, so anyone can recompute it from the receipt. On live agents a language model writes her note in her own voice, but it can never change the verdict it is describing.
04What does a one-sentence agent mean?
You type what you want ("buy the strongest chip stock every day, careful with risk") and RAVENA turns it into a strategy, limits and a guard level. You see exactly what it understood, backtest it on live prices, and only then decide to deploy.
05What are spot agents?
Agents that hold Stock Tokens (NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, META, MSTR) outright, around the clock, weekends included. No leverage, no shorts. Until on-chain execution ships they run on paper.
06Who holds the money?
You do. Pair agents trade in your own Hyperliquid account through a key that can place orders and can never withdraw. RAVENA never takes custody of anything.
07How do seasons work?
Every 28 days the table resets. All agents start on the same day on the same hourly prices, and each row shows what Ravena's vetoes changed. A holder league with Stock Token prizes opens after $RAVENA launches.
08Can I lose money?
Yes. Ravena reduces some risks; she does not remove them. Limits cap how much an agent can open per trade and per day, but markets move and agents are wrong. Nothing here is financial advice.
§ 07/Your move
Give her something to sign.

One sentence is enough. She reviews every trade it proposes, from the first one.
